Data deletion

Delete Workspace Data

Workspace owners and admins can request deletion of workspace data. The deletion workflow covers posts, media records, team membership records, connected-account metadata, encrypted social tokens, AI generations, analytics snapshots, workspace API tokens, usage events, and billing references where legally allowed.

Social posts already published to external platforms may need to be removed directly from those platforms or through supported provider APIs. Disconnecting a social account or deleting workspace data does not automatically remove content already published on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages, or Threads.

How To Request Deletion

Signed-in owners and admins can submit a deletion request through the application deletion endpoint with the confirmation phrase DELETE_WORKSPACE_DATA. The workflow verifies workspace authority, records audit and usage events, removes encrypted social tokens and workspace API tokens, attempts provider token revocation where the platform supports it, deletes eligible stored user and platform data from active product systems, and returns a completed deletion summary when the route succeeds. Eligible stored user and platform data is removed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days where required by platform policy or law.

You can also contact SeamlesSocial support at dev@oranefindley.com with the workspace name, owner email, and whether the request is for export, account disconnect, or full workspace deletion.

What May Be Retained

Minimal billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained when required. Customer content and encrypted social tokens are removed from active product use when the deletion workflow completes, subject to required legal, security, billing, and audit retention.
