Privacy Policy
Seamless Social is designed to store workspace content, scheduled posts, media metadata, AI prompts and outputs, social account connection metadata, usage events, and billing status needed to run the product.
Social access tokens must be encrypted at rest and are never intended to appear in client payloads, logs, or normal user-facing database reads.
Users can request export or deletion of workspace data before public launch. Provider-specific data may also need to be removed through the connected social platform.
Social Account Permissions
Connected accounts may share account identifiers, display names, avatars, scopes, token expiry, capability snapshots, and safe provider responses. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and used only by server-side publishing, reconnect, disconnect, and account health workflows.
Billing And Support Data
Billing records may include Polar customer, checkout, order, subscription, status, payment-method summary, portal URL, webhook event, usage, and audit metadata. Raw card numbers are not stored by Seamless Social.
