Terms Of Service

Seamless Social helps users plan, schedule, publish, and review social media content. Users are responsible for the content they create, schedule, upload, and publish through connected accounts.

Platform publishing depends on official API access, approved scopes, app review, account status, rate limits, and media requirements. The app should show these limits clearly before publishing whenever possible.

Subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Polar. Plan access may be limited when subscriptions are expired, unpaid, or over the configured plan limits.

Billing, Cancellation, And Refunds

Paid plans renew through Polar unless canceled before the next renewal date. Workspace owners and admins can manage plan changes, payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and resubscribe actions from the billing portal when billing is configured.

Canceling stops future renewal but does not remove workspace data by itself. Refund requests are reviewed through support and may also be subject to Polar, payment processor, tax, and anti-fraud requirements.

Connected Account Permissions

OAuth permissions are requested so Seamless Social can discover eligible accounts, store encrypted publishing credentials, validate scopes, publish approved content, and report account health. Users can disconnect an account from the app, and may also revoke access directly inside the connected social platform.
