The Service

SeamlesSocial helps you plan, schedule, publish, and review social media content across connected platforms, with team access, API-agent workflows, AI-assisted captions, images, and video. Features, limits, supported platforms, and third-party integrations may change over time.

Accounts, Workspaces, And Team Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, connected social accounts, and API tokens. Workspaces may include members with roles such as owner, admin, editor, approver, and viewer. Owners and admins are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles, managing billing, and controlling workspace deletion. Seat limits may apply based on the active plan. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Connected Accounts And Platform Compliance

Publishing depends on each platform’s official API access, approved permissions, app review, account status, rate limits, and media requirements, which are outside our control and may change or fail. We show known limits before publishing whenever possible, but we do not guarantee that any post will be delivered. You must comply with the terms, policies, and community rules of every platform you connect.

When you use features that connect to YouTube or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You remain responsible for the titles, descriptions, media, settings, and other values submitted to YouTube through SeamlesSocial.

When you connect TikTok or publish through the TikTok Content Posting API, you also agree to TikTok’s Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. You remain responsible for the captions, media, privacy settings, interaction controls, music usage, commercial-content disclosures, and other values submitted to TikTok through SeamlesSocial.

Your Content And Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, and publish, and you are solely responsible for it. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transform, preview, analyze, and publish that content to the accounts you choose. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spammy, or platform-violating content, or to misuse AI features. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

AI Features, API Tokens, And Usage Limits

AI-generated captions, images, and video are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate or unexpected; review outputs before publishing. API tokens and AI-agent workflows act on your workspace according to the scopes you grant. Keep API tokens confidential, revoke tokens you no longer use, and review AI-created posts before publishing when approval mode is enabled. Each plan includes usage limits, and access may be limited when you reach those limits.

Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, And Refunds

Subscription checkout, payment processing, and billing portal access are handled by our payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Workspace owners and admins can manage plan changes, payment methods, invoices, cancellation, resubscribe actions, and video-credit top-ups from the billing area. Access may be limited when subscriptions are expired, unpaid, canceled, or over plan limits.

Canceling stops future renewal but does not by itself delete workspace data. Refund requests are reviewed through support and may be subject to payment-processor, tax, anti-fraud, and legal requirements. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time on a renewed plan. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Availability And Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, platform approval, analytics availability, or any particular results, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of connected platforms or other third-party providers.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeamlesSocial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, security concerns, platform-policy risk, or legal reasons. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes, Governing Law, And Contact

We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions, contact us at dev@oranefindley.com or through our support page.
